This looks hugely unprofessional and from what I've seen online when trying to find a fix it seems like this has been an on-going issue for Microsoft. I sent an email yesterday that when I looked at it today found that the first two paragraphs were still Calibri 12 but the third paragraph was now Tahoma 12, except for one word in that paragraph which was Tahoma 11.5. My organisation (a college) uses Office 365 and I am using Safari as my browser. The email was composed over the course of a day or two and so sat in my Drafts folder for a while. None of the text in my email was copied into it. I have confirmed with colleagues that the email they received has multiple fonts in it. See that the email in my Sent folder now has multiple fonts and sizes in it.Ĥ. Email looks fine at this point, one font used throughout.ģ. No changes whatsoever have been made to the default formatting or settings.Ģ. I compose new mail using default font (Calibri 12). I'm finding that on occasion I will see that an email I have sent has, in part, changed the font after it has been sent.ġ.
